We carefully select all materials for their durability, lasting shine, and resistance to tarnishing—ensuring our pieces are suited for everyday wear. While it is possible for natural wear to develop over time, proper care will help preserve the beauty of your jewelry.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Proper care ensures that your pieces maintains its beauty for years. To preserve the quality of your pieces, we recommend following these simple jewelry care tips:
- Gentle Handling: Handle your jewelry with care when putting it on or taking it off to prevent strain.
- Store Safely: Keep your jewelry in a clean, dry place away from moisture and sunlight. Use a soft pouch or lined box, and store pieces separately to avoid scratches.
- Keep Away from Chemicals: Limit contact with perfume, lotion, makeup, and sweat, as these can affect the shine and finish.
- Away from Water: Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising to prevent exposure to water, chlorine, or salt.
Where are your products made?
All our pieces are proudly made in South Korea!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer and G-Cash.

How long until I get my products?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we do offer same-day delivery for select locations. Kindly send us a message on Instagram to confirm availability. Please note that our cut-off time for pick-up is at 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your jewelry, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- Sale or discounted items are considered final sale.
- Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
